Ingredients
– 130 grams flour
– 250 grams sugar
– 100 grams almonds (or other nuts)
– 125 grams butter, melted
– 5 egg whites, beaten
1. Combine flour, sugar, and almonds
2. Add butter and stir
3. Add egg whites and stir
4. Pour mixture into a buttered and floured baking dish.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
