Ingredients
– 4 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 2-3 apples, chopped

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Oil a bundt pan and sprinkle with flour or crumbled bicotti
3. Pour batter into bundt
4. Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins
5. Raise temp to 375 and bake for 30 more mins

Editor’s Notes

• Babushka always combined the vinegar and baking soda before adding it to the batter. For best results, do not premix. Instead, combine all wet ingredients in one bowl and all dry ingredients in another. Dump the dry into the wet. Fold gently to combine. Pour into prepared bundt and bake.
