Sponge
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge overnight
- Roll the dough into a snake and cut into 10-12 pieces
- Roll each piece out very thin
- Use a dinner plate or pot lid to cut into circles
- Bake until done
- Chill before assembling
Filling
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 jar jam
Directions
- Simmer the can of condensed milk for an hour
- Spread jam and condensed milk on alternating layers of cake
