Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 small chocolate bar, finely grated
- 250 g powdered milk
- 500 g sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Combine butter, cacao, grated chocolate bar, and powdered milk in a bowl
- In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil to make simple syrup
- Add the syrup to the mixture from Step 1
- Roll the mixture into small balls and set aside
- Make a mixture of cocoa powder and grated chocolate
- Roll the balls in the cacao and chocolate mixture, coating evenly
