Ingredients
– 130 grams flour
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 225 grams sugar
– 200 grams poppy seed, ground
– 1 teaspoon lemon rind
– 120 mililiters milk
– 130 grams butter, softened
1. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar
2. Beat eggs, sugar, and butter
2. Add in remaining ingredients
3. Bake in a cake pan at 180C (360F) for 40 minutes
