Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 300 g sour cream
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted or 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 cups flour
Instructions
- Rub the sugar into the eggs
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix until just homogenous
- Divide the batter into three portions
- Bake on oiled parchment at 350 for 30-35 minutes
Butter Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 300 g butter, softened
Instructions
- Slowly pour the condensed milk into the softened butter
- Whisk to combine
