Tort Prazhskiy (Prague Cake)

Sponge

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted or 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Rub the sugar into the eggs
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until just homogenous
  3. Divide the batter into three portions
  4. Bake on oiled parchment at 350 for 30-35 minutes

Butter Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 300 g butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Slowly pour the condensed milk into the softened butter
  2. Whisk to combine
