Roulette with Poppy Seeds

Ingredients
– 1 packet yeast
– 1 cup milk
– 2 sticks butter, softened
– 2-3 eggs
– Flour
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 cup poppy seeds
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 cup sugar

Dough
1. Heat milk until warm (NOT hot)
2. Stir in yeast and sugar and wait for bubbles to form
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Continue adding flour until you have a soft dough
5. Cover dough with a towel and place in refrigerator for 40 minutes
6. Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces
7. Roll out each piece into a thin sheet
8. Spread each piece with filling
9. Roll up or fold approximately four times
10. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Filling:
1. Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds and drain immediately
2. Combine with honey and sugar
