Dough for Hamentashen (Rachel Batagower’s recipe)

Ingredients
– 4 cups flour
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
– 1 stick butter
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

1. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar
2. Combine all ingredients and knead into dough
3. Fill and shape as desired
4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Babushka’s Notes
– Makes 3 trays of “not large” hamentashen
– When you roll out dough, no need to flour the board
